Plantar Fasciitis

Plantar fasciitis is an inflammation in the connective tissue on the bottom of your foot. This can occur from aggravated overuse, such as constant standing, improper posture, or footwear that lacks proper arch support. Pain in the plantar medial heel region, most noticeable with initial steps after a period of inactivity but also worse following prolonged weight bearing and often precipitated by recent increase in weight bearing activity

Fractures

Fracture occurs from excessive force or trauma to the bone causing it to crack or break entirely. A fracture to the foot or ankle can result in weeks of downtime to ensure proper healing.
Treatment typically involves surgical or nonsurgical intervention followed by a period of immobilization. Most patients initially experience pain and or stiffness that diminishes over time.

Post Surgical ( Bunioneictomies, Achilles Repair, Fusion, Etc.)

Patients with surgical fixation of ankle and /or hind-foot fractures often experience decrease range of motion and loss of function following surgery and post surgical immobilization
