Credentials & Certifications

Dr. Julius Marayag PT, DPT, OCS, FAAOMPT, Dip. Osteopractic, RMSK

For people whose pain has not responded to the usual playbook, Dr. Julius brings more than 20 years of focused orthopedic and musculoskeletal care.

A Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists, Dr. Julius combines detailed clinical evaluation, hands-on care, and individualized exercise planning to help patients better understand what is driving their pain and movement limitations.

His postgraduate education includes advanced manual therapy, movement assessment, and athlete-rehabilitation study through the North American Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy, the Institute of Advanced Musculoskeletal Treatments, the Institute of Clinical Excellence, and Selective Functional Movement Assessment. He is also Registered in Musculoskeletal Ultrasonography (RMSK), bringing an added level of musculoskeletal imaging expertise to his clinical work.

Every plan of care is built around the person in front of him—not a one-size-fits-all protocol. Dr. Julius values clear answers, thoughtful treatment, and one-on-one attention for people who want to move with greater confidence and return to the activities that matter to them.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Julius enjoys time with his wife, Dr. Winnie Marayag, and their children, Axle and Kirk. He also enjoys long runs, hiking, beach days, guitar, lifting weights, sports, and volunteering in his church community.

Credentials & Certifications

Dr. Winnie Marayag PT, DPT, PCES, FAAOMPT

Dr. Winnie provides compassionate, one-on-one care for pelvic health and orthopedic concerns—helping patients address the full picture, not just one symptom.

With more than 20 years of clinical experience across acute care, skilled nursing, home health, and outpatient rehabilitation, Dr. Winnie brings broad clinical perspective to every plan of care. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists, a Pregnancy and Postpartum Core Exercise Specialist, and an ICE Physio Certified Pelvic Specialist.

Pelvic health is her specialty, and orthopedic care is an important part of her work. She treats pelvic pain, urinary and fecal incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, and pregnancy/postpartum concerns, as well as orthopedic issues such as back, hip, and joint pain. This whole-body perspective helps her thoughtfully connect pelvic-floor function with the rest of the musculoskeletal system.

Dr. Winnie also provides functional wellness coaching for women navigating perimenopause and postmenopause—life stages that can coincide with changes in pelvic health, joint comfort, strength, and confidence. Her goal is to give patients clear education and individualized support in a setting where sensitive concerns can be discussed comfortably.

Advanced tools, explained simply. Dr. Winnie is certified in Rehabilitative Ultrasound Imaging (RUSI), using ultrasound as visual biofeedback so patients can see pelvic-floor and core-muscle activity in real time. For appropriate bowel-related pelvic-floor concerns, she also offers anorectal balloon catheter retraining to support coordination and sensory retraining.
