I’m the Doctor of Physical Therapy, Pelvic Health Specialist, Functional Nutrition Coach at OPTCI. My love of fitness started when I was 21 years old. This passion for fitness led me to get my Diploma in Osteopractic, Certified in Spinal Manipulation, Cert Dry Needling and then go on to specialize in Coaching for Women’s Health and Prenatal/Postnatal.
